I get that it takes 3 days to have the service unlocked. Where you lost & worried me was after two days had passed there was no communication. I then reached out to you twice by the online chat service. After being able to email 4 times 4 payment, nobody contacted me. Worst once it was overdue,no email to say hold on we are still working. At that i worried. I am not leaving this note to complain but simply happy with the result but wants to help you make your business better:)

Your service is easy and you had the best price for my phone! However,
when I received the email with codes, there were several codes, with no
description except nsck, nck, spck, cpck and simck. It is confusing for
someone like me that does not unlock phones often. You should include a
description of these abbreviations in the email or in the FAQ page where
you explain how to enter the code in the phone.
